Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort is an adults-only, all-inclusive resort of 201 rooms and suites on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas, inside the Quivira Los Cabos development. It is about 3.0 km from the Cabo San Lucas marina, around 9 minutes without traffic, and the drive takes longer at rush hour. That short ride makes it one of the easiest places in Los Cabos to reach the yachts from.
Pacifica fronts a 2.5-mile stretch of Pacific beach inside Quivira Los Cabos. The resort's own FAQ is clear that swimming is not permitted because of strong currents; guests use the beachfront cabanas and the pools instead. For a swim in the sea, Playa El Médano on the bay of Cabo San Lucas is the usual choice.1

The story of Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Golf & Spa Resort
Pueblo Bonito started in 1987 with one hotel in Mazatlán and opened its first Los Cabos resort on Playa El Médano in 1991. Pacifica debuted in 2005 as the company's adults-only resort and, in Pueblo Bonito's words, has been expanded and refined since. It sits within Quivira Los Cabos, a residential development on the Pacific side of Cabo San Lucas, and fronts a 2.5-mile stretch of beach next to its sister resort, Sunset Beach. Later the company added The Towers at Pacifica, a resort within the resort with 47 Club suites and rooms and personalized service. In 2021 Condé Nast Traveler readers named Pacifica among the Top 20 Resorts in Western Mexico. The resort turned 20 in 2025 and marked it with an anniversary package; Pueblo Bonito still calls it its only adults-only retreat.

Pacifica is about 9 minutes from the marina, which leaves the whole day free for the boat. Our transfer picks you up at the resort, drops you at the dock where your yacht boards and brings you back to Quivira; the driver collects the fare, which depends on the hotel's zone. Everyone at Pacifica is an adult, so the sunset outing is the obvious pick, and you are back in time for a late dinner at Peninsula. Since the beach in front is closed to swimming, a snorkel outing is the other reason to book a yacht from here, and from December to April whale watching is worth a morning.
